New American Cuisine is a must-see act! Hailing from Saratoga Springs, NY, this flavorful five-piece indie rock ensemble, featuring Ben (guitar & vocals), Bryce (guitar & vocals), Jordon (bass), Dylan (keys), and Henry (drums), draws inspiration from the melodic appeal and riffs of iconic artists ranging from the Beatles to John Mayer. Since their inception in 2017, they've been on a roll, releasing two albums and several singles. Following the success of their debut studio album, "NAC-I," their catchy first single, "Lily of the Aztecs," caught the ears of fans and radio DJs alike with its playful melodies and upbeat riffs. Their latest album, "Forward," further showcases their evolving style, blending elements of rock, pop, and even folk.
