Join Stephanie Vaus of Sasaphras Yoga for an all-skill-levels, morning yoga class located on the ADKX campus overlooking Blue Mt. Lake. Please bring your own mat and arrive a few minutes before the start of class to get situated. Stick around afterward for a light bite and refreshments at the Lake View Café.
